Welcome Spring~Sound & Stone Journey Combining the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, ocean drums, and many more instruments, with hot stone therapy while settling into restorative shapes.
This deeply therapeutic and relaxing experience, combined with a restorative practice, and multi-sensory experience with the vibration of the instruments, will invite participants to melt away tension in the body, creating the most blissful experience for the mind, body & spirit.
