Sound, Spirit, Body is an opportunity to rest and heal. It is an opportunity to release that which feels heavy and receive connection and love.
Sound, Spirit, Body includes:
• gentle yoga to connect to your sacred body
• guided meditation to connect to your holy heart
• sound bath experience to connect to your own inner wisdom, to that which you consider the divine, and to ALL
ALL is connected
YOU are connected to ALL
All people and levels of ability welcome
No prior experience necessary.
*Mats are available at the studio,
as well as
Props such as bolsters, blankets, and more.
However, to insure you have what you need to feel comfortable and supported throughout the experience,
*Please bring a mat if you have one and
Feel free to bring any personal props such as a blanket, pillow, or bolster.
*Group sizes vary at this event,
Occasionally we run out of mats so bringing your own mat/props insures you will have what you need AND that there will be enough props for those who do not have their own.
May the love within you grow stronger and the light within you grow brighter!
May we gather together in community to amplify our own light and the light on the planet.
May we each remember that we are Love, and we are One, and May we each operate from that place of Love.

This event is donation-based because I believe in making healing experiences accessible to all.
If you are unable to donate ~ please know that your presences is wanted and you are cherished.
Please attend even if you don’t make a monetary donation.
The suggested donation is a sliding scale: $10 - $15 - $20
This is a suggestion, a donation of any amount is appreciated and a donation is not required to attend.
*There will always be an interactive altar space set up, so feel free to arrive up to 20 minutes early to set up spot and spend time at the altar.
Early arrival is not necessary but it is encouraged.
