Enjoy 75 minutes of sound healing by trained musician and Usui Reiki Master Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more. Usui Reiki Master and RYT200 Amanda Henry will guide our opening centering and provide optional hands-on reiki energy work during the sound bath.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!
