Join us as we explore a theme of "Unconditional Gratitude" and what it means to practice gratitude every day. As we approach the busy holiday season, it's more important than ever to take time to appreciate the little things and to give thanks for the blessings already in our lives, even as we continue to grow.
Enjoy 75 minutes of sound healing by trained musician and Usui Reiki Master Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more. Usui Reiki Master and RYT 200 Amanda Henry will guide our opening centering and provide optional hands-on reiki energy work during the sound bath.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!
