Join field recordist and teacher Martin Scaiff on an interactive sound walk exploring the magical acoustic habitat of the Blickling Estate. Your ears will reveal creaking trees, rushing winds, mysterious underground rumbles, unidentifiable underwater scratchings and a million other sounds and noises, some familiar, some strange, but all of them inspiring the stories we tell ourselves of our landscape and our place in it.Starting from the main car park, Martin will take you on a short walk around the 'goose-foot' area of the parkland, stopping on the way to tune in to sounds around you using specialist microphones and wireless headphones.
