Discover the harmonious blend of music and mindfulness with 'Sound Tides', an enchanting concert experienced lying down that seamlessly merges the art of sound with the practice of wellness. Brought to you by Soulful Soundbaths, the session brings the healing vibrations of Tibetan Bowls to you as you are guided into a meditative state. The gentle ebb and flow of sound from the Tibetan bowls and the Ocean Drum leads into the blissful resonance of the harp where you will hear music by Philip Glass, Debussy and more. These sonorities weaved together create an immersive tapestry of relaxation. You will be swathed in blankets with an lavender eye pillow in a blissful hour to connect with yourself.
Choose from one of two sessions on Saturday 29th June 2025, at The Yoga Shed in Wickham; 3pm or 5pm.
