Start your Saturday with a Sound Therapy with Singing Bowls program! This holistic practice uses the vibrations produced by Tibetan singing bowls to promote healing in both the body and mind.
A variety of sound bowls and other instruments will be used to release different frequencies that create soothing tones and vibrations, encouraging a calm atmosphere and inner peace. Please bring a mat and a water bottle.
