Meet Stacey:
Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy practitioner Stacey Erdman is on a mission to help female professionals relax and help to heal feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. She loves to share her over 2-decades long knowledge of nutrition, herbs, supplements and relaxation techniques to assist others to step out of the pressure cooker of life and show up as better people in all aspects. When Stacey is not coaching or in a sound sessions, she can be found stomping around in the forest, hiking and wildcrafting herbs, playing guitar and singing or hanging with her husband, dogs & cat on her farm in WA.
