Meet Stacey:
Certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner and wellness guide Stacey Freeman is on a mission to help busy career professionals relax and help to heal feelings of anxiety, stress and depression.
A former stressed-out sales exec and a lifelong student of all things natural and musical, she also to share her over 2-decades long knowledge of herbs, supplements and relaxation techniques to assist others to step out of the pressure cooker of life and show up as better people in all aspects.
When Stacey is not coaching or in sound sessions, she can be found stomping around in the forest, hiking and wildcrafting herbs, playing guitar and singing, seeing live music or hanging with her husband, dogs & cat at home.
