Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy practitioner Stacey Erdman is on a mission to help female professionals relax and help to heal feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. She loves to share her over 2-decades long knowledge of herbal remedies, food as medicine, supplements and relaxation techniques to assist others to step out of the pressure cooker of life and show up as better people in all aspects. When Stacey is not coaching or in a sound sessions, she can be found singing and playing guitar, stomping around in the forest hiking and wildcrafting herbs, or hanging with her husband, dog & cat at home.
