First, we explore some of the history, check out some of the astounding current research and have in interactive discussion (cameras on!) about sound therapy’s many benefits.
Then find a comfortable, quiet space and prepare yourself for a relaxing and meditative experience with a guided sound meditation using bronze Tibetan and crystal quartz bowls.

Meet Stacey:
Certified vibrational sound practitioner and wellness guide Stacey Freeman is on a mission to help busy career professionals relax and help to heal feelings of anxiety, stress and depression.
A former stressed-out, chronically depressed sales exec and a lifelong student of all things natural and musical, she also to share her over 2-decades long knowledge of herbs, supplements and relaxation techniques to assist others to step out of the pressure cooker of life and show up as better people in all aspects.
When Stacey is not coaching or in sound sessions, she can be found stomping around in the forest, hiking and wildcrafting herbs, playing guitar and singing, seeing live music or hanging with her husband, dog & cat at home.
