We are back for another drumming evening for women only! we drum, we sing, we release, we dance and we meditate.We also learn a lot on how to use sound to heal ourselves and we do not need lots of expensive equipment to give ourselves a sound bath or find our own rhythm.
Come and and enjoy yourselves with something unique! i am currently also studying at the moment music therapy and I am learning a lot of how beneficial it is not to mention how deeply we can connect with ourselves on a spiritual level.

What to bring
If you have a drum or sound instrument then please bring that along if not we have a few of our own.
Comfy clothes and a pillow to sit on and a blanket if youd like one of those.
