As we draw towards the year end, and the Winter Solstice approaches, this is an invitation to pause and reflect on what has been - and the seeds you wish to nurture and plant ahead of the next turning of the wheel.This may seem to be a time of very little happening, and yet...it is a potent time. A time to connect deeply with Mother Earth, opportunities for the months to come - both inwardly and outwardly.
We will take some time out of our busy outer worlds, to journey inwards, to the darkness...and spiral outwards towards the returning light.
This afternoon Retreat combines gentle, restorative yoga, carefully chosen healing chants and a deeply relaxing Sound Journey.
Your facilitators are Sarena Mason, holistic yoga and senior chant teacher, and Wendy Ruddick, Sound Practitioner of Wild Heart Wellbeing.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. And anything else to make you cosy for the sound journey. If you need a reclining chair please get in touch with Wendy (07855 015480).
Organic herbal teas and treats are enjoyed after the session.
Doors Open at 1.30pm for a 1.45pm start and we finish at 4.45pm
