MVP Teacher Melena, will guide you through a short, gentle, and stationary yoga practice to unwind the body, then lead you through a self-guided massage including shoulders, arms, face, legs, and feet, then she'll create a symphony of resonant sounds from crystal singing bowls to transport you to a realm of harmony by releasing stress in mind, body, and spirit.
