Within the stunning & acoustically rich space of the Andrew; this pre Solstice celebration & experience blends Mantra Meditation, Gentle Movement/Breath (can be done fully seated for all ages/abilities) to prepare the body to best receive a deep and lengthy Sound Journey for maximum benefit.This special cocreative evening together is an invitation to explore, clear, align, & renew your energy whether you’re entirely new to these practices or a seasoned deep diver with meditation & energy.
Optional connection, community, light refreshments afterwards (until 9pm) support you to gently transition out of our nourishing time together.
