Sound Sanctuaries: Gratitude & Sound is an immersive sound alchemy and journaling experience hosted by Jenn Roberts of Colored Girls Liberation Lab, in collaboration with Soaked and Space & Grace Yoga Studio.
As the year begins to wind down, this gathering invites you to pause and honor what has carried you here. Through sound, meditation, and gentle prompts, we’ll move into a space of gratitude — for the lessons, the growth, and the moments that made you bloom.
