You’re invited to a special evening with Becca Binsted and Trina McGee, where sound and Reiki come together in a shared space for calm, connection, and gentle renewal.
This collaborative experience weaves the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments with the nurturing flow of Reiki energy. Guided by intention and the gentle flow of sound, the body and mind are invited to soften, release, and return to balance.
As the resonance moves through you, Reiki offers subtle support, grounding your energy and creating space for clarity and ease to emerge. This is a time to slow down and receive, to be held in sound and stillness, and to reconnect with the quiet rhythm of your inner world.
You’ll leave feeling centered, lighter, and renewed, carrying the calm forward into the days that follow.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees(**This is important for your comfort as you will be laying on the floor for over an hour), water bottle, a journal if you like, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.
There is plenty of free parking at the Fisherman's Hall.

About your Hosts Becca and Trina:
Becca Binsted is a sound and energy practitioner living on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the scəw̓aθən (Tsawwassen) Peoples. A lifelong musician and Certified Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner (Langara College), she combines sound, with energy work to support whole-being wellness- body, mind, and spirit.
Drawing from her own healing journey, Becca creates intentional spaces where others can reconnect with themselves and restore balance. She is passionate about the power of sound to align, awaken, and heal.
Trina McGee is a long-time South Delta resident, having settled in the community in 1994. With over 27 years of experience in holistic care, mindfulness, and intuitive practice, Trina offers a grounded yet deeply spiritual approach to well-being.
As a Practical Intuitive and Master-level Reiki practitioner, she provides energy work and compassionate end-of-life support for both people and pets. Since becoming an end-of-life doula in 2018, Trina has devoted her practice to helping individuals and families navigate transitions with grace, presence, and peace.
Today, Trina continues to expand her work through private sessions, community collaborations, and curated group events that blend intuition, mindfulness, and heart-centerred care.
