About the Instructor

Kasia is a sound healer, spiritual practitioner, wellness entrepreneur, and music producer based in Vancouver, BC. She is the founder of Mystic Meditations, a school that trains the next generation of sound practitioners- accredited by the CMA (Complementary Medical Association). Through her work, she has facilitated hundreds of sound baths, trainings, and retreats across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
As a wellness entrepreneur, Kasia has founded multiple ventures, including a sustainable bamboo clothing line, a company specializing in crystal sound bowls and healing instruments, and a forthcoming digital platform designed to connect practitioners with global audiences. She is also the co-host of the upcoming Modern Mystics Podcast, which explores the intersection of spirituality, science, and entrepreneurship.
Her academic and creative background includes:
- Political Science at the University of British Columbia, with a focus on environmental politics and Chinese metaphysics.
- FACTOR-funded artist and producer, creating ethereal soundscapes and meditation music that weave together crystal bowls, binaural beats, and Dolby Atmos production.
- Center of Light Sound Healing Practitioner Training
- Certified Reiki Master and Crystal & Chakra Healer.
- Graduate of the Shamanic Healing Training Program with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
- Teacher trained through DEN Meditation (Los Angeles).
- 50-hour Pranayama Teacher Training (BodSphere & Yoga Alliance).
- Training in Somatic Experiencing®, trauma-informed care, and Positive Neuroplasticity with Dr. Rick Hanson.
