Float: Aerial Sound Bath Experience There are only 10 swing Spots so grab your spot early!!
The experience will begin with some gentle toning with some breathwork in the aerial yoga swings or on the floor with props to help you deeply relax.
You will feel that deep relaxation letting your heart and spirit connect with your highest vibration while being led on a journey into an amazing sound bath of healing. Beginning with crystal chakra tuned healing singing bowls and Karuna Reiki Chanting and toning to super charge your life to create healing and increase your wellness and powers of manifestation!
We will be floating in the air with the Aerial Yoga Swings at Ocean View Yoga Norfolk!
We will be making some sound together and focusing on the heart and throat chakras for being in and working with the element of air to add to the floating swing feeling!
