Join Shannon Barnes on a deeply nourishing Sound of Being journey offering the opportunity for you to melt into the vibrations of Sound.

You can expect to surrender to the beautiful sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Equilibrium Chimes, Native American Flute, and more.

Throughout this 90 Minute journey, you will be experiencing sound, breathwork practises, meditations, mantras and intention setting.

Sound therapy helps to bring homeostasis back to the body by reducing stress, calming the nervous system and allowing your mind to quieten. This powerful practise supports the body on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level.

Sound Healing has been deeply rooted in many cultures around the world for hundreds of years and it’s been proven to benefit the mind, body and spirt. When we go into a deep meditative state, Sound Therapy can work to clear blocked energy which has manifested in the physical body and shift emotional energy from traumas.

To prepare yourself for deep healing, relaxation and to ensure you are comfortable throughout this practise to fully receive, you are welcome to bring a pillow, blanket and anything you wish to place under your knees for further support.

This practise doesn’t require any previous experience in meditation or breathwork and it is available to anyone.
