A free yoga session for parents and children to support mental wellness and foster stronger bonds between parents and children.Arrival is 9:45 AM, yoga begins promptly at 10:00 AM.
Participants will receive refreshments and light snacks. Yoga mats will be provided at a first come first serve basis.
