We begin with a short breathwork meditation to prepare our bodies to receive healing vibrations from 9 Crystal Bowls, Mother Tesla Gong and other Sound Healing tools. The tangible frequencies and tones of the bowls create space for the nervous system to drop into "rest and digest" mode. This is the state in which our body can heal from it's stressors.*****
Generosity based session -- give what feels good to you. Many people give between $11-$44 if you need an idea :).
What to Bring/Know Before:
A mat, a blanket and water-- along with anything else you need to feel comfortable!
Please hydrate beforehand as it enhances the experience.
Please arrive ~15 minutes before start time to secure your spot. Pre-registration not required; however space is limited to 26 attendees so early arrival is highly suggested to secure your spot.
*****If you are sound sensitive: bring earplugs and you will still benefit, however please know that my bowls create voluminous and powerful sound, so if you prefer softer tones my session may not be for you. Reach out if you have questions: elenamarialarsen@gmail.com
