About this Event
Let the Sound Wash Over You
We begin with the gentle flow of the waterfall drum, allowing you to settle in, followed by guided breathwork to center your energy. Then, waves of crystal & metal singing bowls, the deep resonance of gongs, and the soothing rhythm of the ocean drum will transport you into a state of deep relaxation. To conclude, I will guide you through a Metta meditation (loving-kindness) and Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation, sending waves of compassion into the world and cultivating the path to peace within oneself.
No experience needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Come as you are & let the sound do the rest. Bring pillow and blanket to make yourself cozy. This is an in-person event.
