Billie has been hosting group soundbaths across Aberdeen for two years and if you've never attended before, you will absolutely love her sessions!
using a range of different instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, hangdrum and shamanic drum, she will take you on a very deep sound meditation journey, allowing you to travel deep within, for mind body and soul healing. Enjoy switching off from your outer world and being filled with light and beautiful, powerful, healing vibrations!
sound healing helps lessen physical pain, reduces inflammation and lowers blood pressure, helps you to get a good night's sleep, calms the nervous system down, helps your body to release stored energy in your chakras, rebalancing them again. it's absolutely amazing for mental health, you feel so chilled out afterwards!
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a cushion. (your body temperature fluctuates during a session so be warm!)
