This is more than just a typical sound meditation. We’ve combined the deeply restorative power of a Soundbath with the gentle, healing energy of Reiki, creating a unique, soothing experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced, and at peace.
Sound Healing: Through the use of vibrational sounds like singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments, the Soundbath will help you release physical tension and quieten a busy mind. Sound therapy is scientifically proven to lower stress levels, ease anxiety, and help you enter a meditative state where healing can take place.
Reiki Energy: During the session, Reiki energy will fill the room, providing a calm and safe space for deep relaxation. Additionally, each participant* will receive a short 1:1 hands-on Reiki , a gentle yet powerful technique that promotes emotional balance, stress relief, and overall well-being. If you’re feeling emotionally drained or physically exhausted, this healing touch will help you feel lighter and more grounded.

With over 25 years of experience in the childcare industry, Jenny has always emphasized the importance of calm, mindfulness, and the beauty of nature in everyday life. She's passionate about capturing moments in nature, whether it's a majestic tree, a glowing sunset, or the enchanting moonlit sky.
✨ After discovering the transformative power of sound baths, Jenny pursued training as a sound meditation teacher. Her love for these experiences has led her to create magical moments for others, hosting sessions in lakeside venues, woodlands, and through collaborations with incredible people.

Nicky is a trained Holistic Health and Well-Being Coach and a Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. She holds certifications in Usui Reiki Levels 1 & 2, Rose Reiki, Angelic Reiki Levels 1 & 2, and Munay-Ki 13th Rite Womb Attunement.
