You'll rest in a comfortable and supported reclining pose and experience the loving serenade of therapeutic-grade crystal singing bowls made from an alchemy of various gemstones, elements and minerals.
Sound meditation is a wonderful way to develop mindfulness practice, as the unique sounds and vibrations of the bowls provide a sweet and enjoyable focal point for the wandering mind.
