Join me on February 11th at 7 pm to explore the deeper meaning of self love. Loving ourselves is so much more than bubble baths and affirmations. In difficult times and periods of growth, finding that space of true self love and grace can be painful shadow work. Invest in an opportunity to honor that space, rest, offer yourself grace, and emerge lighter, more hopeful, and focused on ways you can be more intentional in loving all the parts of you.
This practice will include a brief intention setting and an opportunity to release those things we'd like to love ourselves through, all supported by a sound meditation.
Gongs, Drums, Crystal and Himalayan bowls will aid you in relaxing, finding stillness, and creating an atmosphere of release of self judgement. Begin this new season grounded in the beauty of who you are becoming.
Mats and props available at the studio. Please feel free to bring any personal comfort items such as blankets, pillows or warm cozy clothes to encourage your ability to relax.
