Singing Bowl Meditation and Movement Training and 30hr Certification
Week long immersion starting in June to learn to play and facilitate Singing Bowl Meditation in your community, in Collaboration with Healing Concepts in Virginia Beach join this powerful training starting SUNDAY JUNE 2ND to THURSDAY JUNE 6TH!
Daily we will meet from 8AM to 1PM for a total of 25 hours playing and learning about Quartz Crystal Singing bowls, plus you will have up to 5 hours of on your own practicing together this creates the 30 hour Certification as a Singing Bowl Experience Facilitator.
Informational sheets to create your own workbook included with each training to continue with your practice at home and to assist you in formulating your own singing bowl experiences in the community. Yoga Teachers will receive 30 CEU’s through Yoga Alliance. Below are dates and details
The week will begin with Sound Meditation Facilitator Training, learn the elements of facilitating a hour long meditation, and do a deep dive in to the notes, how to play, technique for playing while seated, as well as practice time in a small group to get experience with what you are learning.
Mid week we shift to incorporating Mindful Movements with the Singing Bowls Training, moving around the room with your bowls, placing bowls on the body safely, a deep dive into the chakras and yoga poses that can be paired with the bowls to balance the chakras.
By the end of the week we wrap up Advanced Training in Music Theory, designing sound experience incubator, and draw out your unique medicine that is brought to each event you facilitate. The whole week will be fun, interactive, and full of energy techniques to help you work with the energetic's of sound meditation and the healing benefits participants can experience.
