It's the Chinese New Year of the Wood Snake and the perfect time to focus on setting goals. The snake is a symbol of transformation, strategy and wisdom. The Wood element symbolic of growth and reaching towards the light. In this workshop Snake will be guiding you to connect with the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine and looking at the balance they have in your life and where changes might need to be made.
We'll then guide you in creating 5 goals for 2025. These 5 goals will be connected with the 5 elements and will create a wholistic set of goals that will transform your life for the best in 2025.
We'll then portray these goals by creating your personal vision board. We have some images already cut out for you but we suggest you bring along some images that inspire and motivate you and represent what you're bringing into your life.
Materials supplied but you can bring your own 'board' if you like and images that you've already been inspired by cut out and ready to go.
