Join us for this Friday night rest and reset with the help of healing Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls led by Heather Harwell.
During this meditation you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation through the use of imagery and sound. Sounds from voice, crystal singing bowls, brass bowls and Tingsha's all will blend together in harmony to facilitate and activate your natural healing ability within.

We have yoga mats, and bolsters to borrow. Please bring your own pillow, and a blanket or sweater for comfort.
