Sound Meditation is the practice of using sound vibrations to guide the mind into a meditative state. The tones of instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes create gentle waves of resonance that help quiet the busy mind, release tension in the body, and open space for stillness within.
What to expect:
🔔 You’ll begin lying down or seated in a comfortable position, supported with blankets, bolsters, or cushions.
🔔 As the sounds wash over you, your brainwaves naturally shift into slower, more meditative states, similar to deep relaxation or dream-like awareness.
🔔 Many participants describe feelings of peace, clarity, emotional release, or even gentle journeys of insight.
🔔 Beyond relaxation, sound can support nervous system balance, improve focus, and reconnect you to a sense of harmony with yourself and your surroundings.
No experience is necessary, simply come as you are, close your eyes, and let the vibrations guide you into stillness.
