Experience the power of sound healing in a peaceful setting surrounded by like-minded individuals seeking inner harmony and tranquility. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event is open to all who are looking to cultivate a sense of calm and well-being.
No experience is necessary. Please bring a blanket, pillow, and eye mask to enhance your experience. Dress comfortably in layers. Yoga mats, and bolsters will be provided. Non-members will receive full day access to the gym and amenities with their registration!
