Join Suzy for an afternoon of sound medicine, dropping deeply into rest during a magical sound journey. Sound journeys, therapeutic sound healing sessions can really help us destress, unwind, connect with deeper relaxation than before, help access creativity and inspiration and even help with physical pain relief. Many attendees also report the best sleep in a longgg time afterwards and an overall sense of calm.
This is the first of a series of Sound Baths in Traquair: following dates are Sunday 23rd Feb and Saturday 15th March 2025.
Suzy Nairn has been delivering therapeutic sound sessions for individuals and groups since 2009 following the launch of Soundsphere in Traquair Hall in March 2009. She also runs and annual professional training course in Creative Therapeutic sound as well as short workshops and recordings are available for sale on the soundsphere website soundsphere.org.uk
