Join Adrienne and Luke the owners of Sound Medicine Collective for a very relaxing afternoon here at Sarett.They will use special instruments such as a wall of gongs, hand pan, mantra/voice, crystal bowls, drums, chimes, Tibetan bowls, and Crystal Tones alchemy bowls during the sound bath to take you into a deep relaxed state.
Please bring what you need to be comfortable resting on the floor. We suggest a yoga mat, blanket, and pillows for the most comfortable experience.
