You're invited to a creative and euphoric evening of painting and sound healing hosted by Chakra Flows and Art of the Oakey at 1Raw Yoga in Sanford, FL on Saturday September 28th between 6pm-8:15pm.
Tap into your inner creator and enjoy a casual W**d-friendly art class atmosphere, followed by a serene and relaxing sound bath, at our unique Puff n Paint and Sound Bath experience. We will begin with a colorful Dia de los Muertos glow painting project, guided by Samantha. Following art playtime, Jade will guide you through meditation to calm your body and mind, so you can float along a blissful journey of mystical vibrations during the soothing sound bath.
Together with the calming effects of cannabis, we will create a playful, experimental space to explore your artistic side and nurture your third eye vision. Yoga mats for the sound bath AND art supplies are provided! Remember to wear a shirt you won't mind getting dirty!
