Sound Medicine: A SoundHealing and Vocal Journey with Viola Rose

Join healer, vocalist & multi-instrumentalist Viola Rose for a special sound healing journey where you can lie down, close your eyes, and relax into to the sounds and vibrations of many eclectic instruments. Multiple gongs for clearing and balancing, heart-opening handpan, native flute, drum, monochord harp, chimes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, exotic flutes and more. Viola will share her unique vocal connection to both shamanic and angelic realms bringing through heart healing frequencies and song to draw down and anchor the Unity Consciousness Grid. This often moves participants to tears and heart opening states.

Viola will play sound healing instruments both in front of you and will also walk around the room playing them right over you, so even though it is a group session, it will also feel somewhat like a personalized individual therapeutic sound healing session as well.

Please bring a COMFORTABLE mat, pillow, eye mask, blanket and whatever you might need to to lie down on the floor. There are also chairs provided if you would prefer to sit, and you may also bring your own comfy chair to sit in.

the event is 6:30-7:30pm. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get settle in.

Since listening is key to this experience it is essential to have a quiet container for our journey together. Please do not attend if you have a cough or persistent sniffles. Also for this reason, this event would not be a good fit for children under 12, as children can get quite fidgety.

Viola is committed to holding a clear, clean, strong and loving container for you to relax, let go and release whatever may be holding you back. Transformation, deep relaxation, pain relief, downloads, insights and infusions of Joy are common at her events. Sound-baths can bring you back into harmony physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually so that you can be your best self. It is a simple yet powerful way to practice self-care.

Afterward you may feel refreshed, de-stressed, inspired and rejuvenated. Transformation, deep relaxation, pain relief, calmer emotions, downloads and insights are common. You may also feel tingly as though the sounds are still working on you, which of course they are, as the effect is generally ongoing for several days.

Viola Rose is a "Transformational Sound Artist" combining Music and Healing as Sound-Healing in her own inspired way for many years, and has facilitated Sound Healing events and personal Sound Healing sessions since 2014.
