Journey begins 7:00pm–8:15pm
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow—whatever helps you feel cozy, cradled, and comfortable.
We’ll journey together through healing tones and musical prayer, allowing the body to soften, the heart to open, and the spirit to remember.
