Since 2016, Austin Shook has been traveling the country sharing the power and medicine of sound in over 40 states. Austin uses 14 different instruments from ancient cultures to create a 90 minute meditational space for everyone. These instruments include crystal singing bowls, gongs, native flute,didgeridoo, handpan, harmonium, guzheng, drums, vocals, rattles, rainsticks, ocean drums, and more!
This is going to be a fully immersive sound experience that will leave you feeling energized and renewed. Bring your mat, a blanket, a pillow and whatever else you might want to feel comfy for this 90 minute session.
