Welcome to the Sound Journey to Relieve Anxiety!

Come join us on Fri, Oct 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM for a unique experience at the Cooper City Pool & Tennis Indoor Center. This event is designed to help you relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life.

During this sound journey, you will be guided through an anxiety relief meditation and a series of relaxing sounds to help calm your mind and body. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, or simply need a break, this event is perfect for anyone looking to find some peace and tranquility.

No experience is necessary, just come with an open mind and a willingness to let go of your worries. We can't wait to see you there!

What to Bring:

1. Your favorite yoga mat or blanket for base (all year round), snuggliest pillow (all year round), and a blanket or sheet (may not be necessary during the summer months unless indoors) to keep you cozy throughout the session.
2. A pair of socks to keep your feet warm. Feet tend to get cold when the body shifts into parasympathetic (rest) mode.
3. Eye Masks are highly encouraged. “Eye masks create an enhanced experience that will transport you to another world.” Available at the event for purchase for $1.00 (please bring exact change).
4. Your favorite water bottle to keep hydration levels up to par.
5. Last, but not least….. Please come with an open heart and mind, and a willingness to let go and surrender to the powerful and potential healing benefits of vibrational sound therapy. Sound baths can bring so many positive benefits into your life.

Our Sound Baths are open to anyone 15 years of age and over who would like to relax and unwind. We are looking forward to meeting you for a transformative experience of relaxation and peace.
