World-renowned Chinese gong musician, Yin Xiong will take you through a 90 minute Meridian sound journey using an array of gongs, bells, string instruments and wind instruments to create a harmonious symphony of sounds to guide participants into a state of deep relaxation and balance the meridians and chakras.“Divine sound has the power to connect humans with their highest consciousness and assist in one’s self-healing process,” she says.
Benefits of sound healing include:
Reduced stress.
Fewer mood swings.
Lower blood pressure.
Lower cholesterol levels.
Better pain management.
Reduced risk of strokes and coronary artery disease.
Improved sleep.
Throughout her travels she has accumulated over 70 magnificent gongs and bells from all over the world, making this the largest private collection in Africa. Her most prized possession is a nickel silver gong, measuring about 1,5 metres in diameter, which was crafted by a gong master in Germany.
Gillian O’Shea, kinesiologist and frequency practitioner will do pre and post chakra and meridian checks to show you how sound can be a powerful therapy to balance energy in your body.
