Join me for a sound journey series inspired by the four elements: Earth, Air, Water, and Fire. Immerse yourself in a unique, relaxing sound journey connecting to the essence of each element, letting their energies guide you into a deeper rhythm and connection to nature and your inner self.

I am so thrilled to be back at Apple Hill Apothecary, this time inside their cozy, peaceful retail space. As an additional part of our evening, our gracious hosts will be treating us to specially curated teas to sip and enjoy as well as a 10% discount that evening on any product in the store exclusively for us!

If you have visited them before, you know the space has such nice energy and I am in love with how the instruments sound in there. It’s the perfect space to nestle into as we move into the colder months.

Open to all. No previous experience necessary.
Bring what you need to be comfortable. Suggestions include:
• Yoga mat or if a chair is preferred we will have them available on site.
• Blanket(s)
• Wear layers
• Pillows/cushions/bolsters
• Water

NOTE : There will not be a bathroom facility available at the Apothecary. Please plan accordingly.

Kelly is a Reiki healer and certified Sound Practitioner. Kelly is passionate about creating a calm and soothing environment that encourages you to slow down, relax and reconnect with your mind, body and soul.
