SUMMER SOUND MEDITATION Join me this Thursday, June 27th for a beautiful guided meditation followed by a journey of sound. I will begin the evening with a guided meditation to release stress and tension, allowing you to totally relax. I will then lead you through a journey of sound, using an assortment of carefully curated high vibrational instruments. The instruments I use include Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuned pipes, chimes, drums, and two of my amazing big gongs. After our journey is complete, I invite everyone to step into my huge Himalayan bowl and feel the vibrations from toe to top!
Floor mats are provided, but I encourage you to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, water, or whatever you need to make your space comfy...

Door opens at 7PM, meditation starts promptly at 7:15 PM
