Sound journeys are a space to decompress and tune into yourself more deeply. No previous experience required, just a willingness to witness yourself and be present. Skye uses a mix of ambient instruments and vocals to help you attune to the moment and relax your nervous system.Please bring what you need to be comfortable (mat, blanket, etc). Folding chairs are available if needed, as are yoga mats, blocks and bolsters in limited numbers.
Layers are encouraged. Please be phone-free.
There will be two rooms, one in which the music is created, another just next door for anyone who needs a less intense sensory experience. There is also a couch and chair in the adjacent room. Quiet rooms are also available if needed.
Doors at 6:30; music begins at 6:45.
Space is limited and at sliding scale. Estimate what you can afford based on your own assessment of your resources (we have no desire to be anyone's accountants):
~ "I am more than able to meet all of my needs and can help support others" - $45
~ "I am comfortably able to meet all of my needs" - $38
~ "I am able to meet all of my basic needs" - $30
~ "I may stress about meeting my basic needs but still regularly achieve them" - $22
