Start the Year with a resetting and recharging - Sound Journey at St Giles Church in IckenhamThis will feature 2 Sonic Gongs tuned to the Earth and Star Chakras, 7 432hz Crystal Singing Bowls each tuned to the major chakras, Solfreggio Wind Chimes and a rainmaker.
We will do some quick breathing exercises, a small meditative practice, I'll read a meditative poem and then we will go into our full hour long Sound Journey. Taking a break away from our routines for an hour and travelling through the array of Sounds which come from these healing instruments.
Sound Journeys alleviate stress, anxiety and allow for an over active mind to relax.

They allow for our muscles to relax, reducing tension and allowing physical healing to occur. Enhancing the vibration of the atoms (we are all made of) to a positive/higher frequency, matching that which is produced through the healing instruments.
