Join Crystal for one of her signature Sound Journey Experiences and be bathed in waves of healing vibration produced by a variety of instruments.
A Sound Journey affects the "energy body" inside of us. The energy body contains our feelings, emotions and behaviors. A Sound Journey opens up the subconscious and unconscious dimensions of the mind while feelings a state of bliss. Crystal has been infusing her Sound Journey Experiences with positive intention and reiki energy. Crystal is one of Boise's most energetic teachers who has been called to help others heal through sound, reiki, yoga, ceremony and more.
Students will be lying down, so we suggest bringing a blanket, a pillow, an eye mask and whatever else makes you feel cozy.
