Join me for a sound bath experience connecting to your inner wisdom, ground down into your being, and align and embody your truth!

Sovereignty happens when we are operating from a place of wisdom and calm. It is our ability to have authority and govern over ourselves. It’s our ability to determine what our futures look like. To determine our actions in any situation or circumstance.

But how do we tap in to this inner reservoir of power when we are faced with so many distractions, heaviness in our communities, and our own personal challenges?

You will be guided into the session through quartz crystal bowls and chimes, and then led on a journey through gong, hand drumming, and voice!

If you are ready to level up, move through your shadow, and ground down into your being this session is for you.

PARKING ::

Street parking is available on Highland Ave (in front of Highland Bakery or in front of the businesses/apartments on Highland) - OR - Sampson Street (the road beside Highland Bakery). There is additional free parking in the parking lot of the office building on Corley Street (on the other side of our building.)

ENTRANCE ::

We are in the same building at Highland Bakery and Yonder Yoga. Guests may enter the yellow awning on our building on Sampson Street. The entrance to the building is under the Yonder Yoga Sign. Please enter through the door to the building, walk up the stairs, and Full Circle Studio will be on your left in Studio #8.

What to bring?

Face Masks are not required, but welcome if you are most comfortable.

Yoga Mat

Water

And anything that will make you feel more comfortable laying on the floor. (blanket, pillow, bolster, etc.)

COVID Precautions:

Space is limited. We will have mats laid out to mark where to set up. Please bring your yoga mat to lay on top of the mats.

Please DO NOT sign up if you have tested positive for COVID, have been exposed , or have symptoms.

No cash at the door.  Limited space. Please register online ahead of time.

Media.

There is a possibility with all sound bath sessions and events that pictures and video will be taken and shared on social media with the intention to make Sound Healing more accessible.
