The evening opens with mindful movement led by singer-songwriter and mindfulness guide Joanna Barbera.Yoga mat tickets are available on the stage and orchestra flat floor. Please bring your own yoga mat or meditation cushion as this will be on the floor. Sound bath seating is available in theater-style seats around the perimeter of the hall.
