Join Marie Rothenberger for a meditative Sound Journey designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring harmony to your entire being.During this 75-minute immersive session, you’ll unwind in a serene indoor setting while being surrounded by the sacred tones of Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and other therapeutic instruments. This intentional use of sound helps reduce stress, anxiety, and tension, promoting a sense of deep rest and energetic alignment.
Come solo for self-care or with friends for a shared experience—either way, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and more connected to yourself and those around you.

This class is for all ages. Children must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
