Join us for a unique experience at the Xá Lợi Temple where we will embark on a sound vibration journey surrounded by serene Buddha statues. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of the temple. This in-person event is a wonderful opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with your inner peace, compassion, and authentic self.

You will be immersed in gentle sound waves as they flow over and within, clearing and opening energy channels. Sound vibration can stimulate cellular healing, reduce pain, stress, and anxiety as well as elevate one's overall feeling of well-being.

You are welcome to lay back and travel along the sound waves on a dream-like journey or sit in a meditative space, the choice is yours.

Gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, drums, and other instruments are chosen with care and consideration for the healing sounds and energy.

Please bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters, and anything else you may want to be comfortable. The floor is cushioned with rugs. Meditation pillows are available for use.
