20–25 minutes of guided breath and stretching led by Nissa Diantina, designed to ground participants and prepare the body to receive sound.
40–45 minutes of live, meditative soundscape created by Dave Fiuczynski on his custom double-neck guitar, tuned to healing frequencies.
The journey blends subtle movement with powerful sonic vibrations that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner transformation.
